Ive seen a few people putting that black foamy stuff round their lowers then cable tying them on, looks a bit daft but i guess it would protect the lowers. Aslong as they are mechanically sound.

I seen it and though of your v10 straight away. Loving them mate, a huge performance improvment + with the dhx its all in harmony just fine tuning the 40's with high/low compression. Ouch, how the boxxers going anyway?
